2011. I make a commercial for Occupy Wall Street. It goes viral.

The Atlantic writes this astonishingly thoughtful piece. I appear on MSNBC.

A friend and I put the commercial on TV. Specifically, the O'Reilly Factor. Yes, really.

A mysterious man reaches out. We start a website for the movement. Mother Jones skewers us.

The website still exists. It's called occupy.com. The mysterious man is now a woman.

The movement fizzles. I return to directing commercials.
