  • David and his friend Schuyler Brown created a plan to systematize empathy and connection across this luxury hotel chain. They held a two day session with the COO, GMs, and frontline staff.

  • The CEO of a large company in Los Angeles realized he was an asshole and sought out David for help. David guided him as he released his grip over his employees and started to orient around healing instead of power.
